because that's a crown item. you cant sell crown items at the bazaar so i suggest selling them at like a person who sells stuff like prospector zeke
easiest way to sell any seed you get that is a crowns seed is to take it to one of the mole brothers who sell the seeds they are greedy to get those crown seeds.
