HI,Professor Balestorm called me saying he had news about Clesits so doing all the quests I come up to a guy called Typhoon WindDust? My question do I have to battle him to continue along in Clestia Thx in advance!

That Was Probaly The Side Quest But It Won't Be Needed Anymore.You Defeat Malistare And At Level 48 Get To Go To Cl.I Think You Talk To Merle Ambrose.

No you do not have to beat him to advance, it is only a side quest. I'm actually working on it now. :) SPOILER ALERT!! This quest leads you to beat guys in ms and ds. I'm fdighting the people in ds right now. :-)
