well morganthe is like malistare and celestia is like wizard city so yeah you do the math you probably will face her after azteca but you fight her in avalon in her youth form

In Avalon, you battle her in a 'younger' version. They haven't made a world that has you to fight the 'older' Morganthe, but there is a surprise on the last boss you'll battle in Azteca. (not that I know :P)
The very last boss is very surprising in Azteca. I've seen the battle. I don't know if you ever battle older Morganthe but you have to defeat the undead malistaire

you defeat young morganathe in Avalon. so your really far a way cause the next world is zafaria then Avalon then you defeat malastare in Azteca then they are adding a new world where you defeat real morganthe
