how do i get there!?

Okay, so as of right now i'm still questing in celestia but how do I get that one big grizzelheim quest the one when you have to go to wintertusk and the winterdeep warrens. do I need to be a certain level for that or do I just need to finish celestia?

You have completed the Grizzleheim Quest "Finding Ivar" given to you by Egil Axebearer in Vigrid Roughland. You need to speak to Grimnir in Vigrid Roughland to obtain the quest "Holm Sweet Holm" and continue your adventures in Grizzleheim.
