I am level 36. I went to Grizzleheim and did all quests that appeared. I have to get long snout to get the new spell via "I know some guy" What must I do to get the quest? If I cannot do it at level 36, why announce it at level 35. Please respond and tell me what I am doing wrong. Please.

You can 'get' all quests necessary before level 35. You have to complete all of the main storyline quests in Savarstaad Pass, Vigrid Roughland, and finally Mirkholm Keep to get the level 35 pet quest from Baldar.
