Spell Quests Every class has to complete the same spell quests to get their new spells at levels 35 and 55. Some of the new spell are upgraded spells, but don’t worry, you still get to keep your original spell! However, there are some requirements to obtain the spell quests.
Level 35 Spell Quests Requirements and Info There are 2 requirements to meet to be able to accept the starting spell quest from Baldur Goldpaws in Olde Town, “I Know a Guy…”. 1. Being level 35 2. Having completed the quest “One in the Snout” in Mirkholm Keep.
If you meet these requirements, then you can go to Baldur Goldpaws in Olde Town to get the quest “I Know a Guy…”, and then you will talk to Erik Wyrdrune in Northguard to get the quest “Thief of Spells.”

When will the change occur? To wait until I can get into Ravenscar, being level 35, is kind of frustrating. I just got into Mirlholm Keep last night (playing there since I am locked out of Mooshu due to the glitch in Crimson Fields).
The pre-reqs for the level 35 spell quests no longer require a level 40 quest requirement. The new quest requirement is "One in the Snout" in Mirkholm Keep.
To get "Thief Of Spells" quest is first you need to go to baldur goldpaws in old town then he will tel you to go to a person in winterutsk who will give you a quest to defeat sabrok who is a storm boss with 8000 health with fire monster witch has bout 1000 health
Ok here is my deal I have four level 60 who have gotten the level 35 upgrade spell but none have yet to get a quest for a level 55 spell, I am almost done with WT and still no lvl 55 spell for any of my lvl 60 wizards, have I missed something? or who gives the lvl 55 spell quest?
