Seems as though when I use my Storm Lord attack I never get the added stun that we are supposed to get with the attack. With that being said its almost makes it useless as Tempest can inflict as much or more damage with buffs that you could build by the time you get seven pips. With that said beautiful spell and awesome effects just doesn't seem to be working.
