Back to the topic... Sometimes, it can get a bit annoying on how long it takes. Sliver Trumpet Vines can speed up the process by giving you 400 gardening xp and 3000 gardening xp elder. Nice thing about this is that they are dropped!

Yes, they do give nice treasure cards and a great mega snack at elder, but 2 weeks to reach elder? That 2 weeks is also if you have all of the likes and no dislikes, otherwise, they take even longer.
Yeah, White Tiger Lilies are nice, but way too long!
Not sure about the Bell Peppers.
Best plant I know and always recommend buying are Evil Magma Peas!
Low level plants grow quickly and they have low level pests, but they don't give very good rewards.
High level plants give great rewards, but they take a while to grow and have high level pests.
It depends on what you are farming for. If you want to garden for fun and some gold, low level plants work great. If you want some good reagents, pet snacks, and stuff you can sell, high level plants will be worth the work.
