Well I just got on to level 25 and the headmaster called me. So I thoght I was going to Marlybone. Turns out I wasn't. I don't think he needed me for anything. So thats all I know.

Well if you have the crafting quest for Marleybone. This quest does come early. But you can not get to Marlybone yet, I think after you beat Krokotep. Ambrose will give the Spiral key for Marleybone. To search in the sarcophagus for the Krakonomicon.
If you heard nothing about retreving the Krokonomicon then you are not ready to go to Marlybone yet, you need to finish the storyline quest first to get their, and I think you are around 23, 25ish when you get in marlybone
