I am high enough ive finished krok area and in grizzelheim and wysteria. ive got the quest to go to marleybone but there isnt a slot in the world door for marlybone? if it because i got to the other worlds its not available to me?

Either you didn't finish the main storyline quests in Krok, or never went to see who you were supposed to see thereafter. Krok quests are below (GH and Wysteria have nothing to do with moving on)... see what you've missed:
But ive got the quest to start marleybone and the arrow takes me to the tree but no slots come up for marleybone. I know thats not mooshu but heard that it comes after marleybone
