So I recently contacted support in regards to an issue I had with the open chat feature, and I received an email saying they hadn't heard from me in 24 hours, and so the ticket would be closed. However, I cant view the response, and I only have my ticket reference number to show for it Question Reference # 200423-000420. I have checked my spam folder, and still have nothing. If there is anything I can do to view supports response, that'd be great, thanks!
