I wonder how many accounts with Storm Beetles have been disabled for whatever reason over the years. Or otherwise abandoned.
If Storm Beetles ever go "extinct", do you think KI would look for a reason to bring them back? I mean, theres no more point in an exclusive pet if all the owners of said pet stop playing. At the least, Rain Beetles still exist, but Storm Beetles themselves are a hard-limited species.
That is, of course, assuming that time happens before the end of Wizard101, but on its current trajectory, Wizzy is still an absolute juggernaut of entertainment.
Bonus question: The Rain Beetle is a hybrid of a Storm Beetle and any other pet. Does this mean a Rain Beetle is a guaranteed result, or is there a chance it can take after the other parent?
