I was wondering what the earliest is that you can get a storm pet without trying to breed. I'm trying to get one for my storm wizard so he can have something to start with.
My storm got several Furious Krokomummies in Krok, from assorted bosses. The give a Storm Spear card, and may cast Galvanic Field. Good place to start.
