Missing pet from card

I redeemed a code from a $10 card. I got the crowns but not the pet. I have logged in and out several times.

Have you emailed their support? I recommend doing so, there should be an email or such on the back of the card.

Message support through the website (wizard101.com) and explain what has happened and they'll sort it out for you! Keep your eyes open for them emailing you back, they may need additional info.
