I have an adult dragon but i dont have an ice colossus and i don't have any friends that have them. I've tried hatching him with an ice colossus in a kiosk but both times I got the same dragon!
I am really fustrated. I don't understand why I keep getting the dragon. Is it because I am using the kiosk? Am I supposed to have the ice colossus?

When we hatch pets we get the chance of getting the appearance of either of the parent pets. When we are using a combination that has a chance for a hybrid pet we have a small chance of that completely different pet.
You're using a combo that we know can produce the Pet Egg hybrid. This means you will either get the Dragon, the Ice Colossus or a Pet Egg. We are most likely to get one of the parents back (Dragon or Ice Colossus) so it is best to expect a lot of hatches before you get the hybrid.
You're doing it right and using the kiosk doesn't change your chance of getting the hybrid, nor does the chance change if you own both the pets. Good luck and I hope you get him soon
Years ago There was a post by a wizard who had 125 failed attempts at making a hybrid, that wizard owned both pets needed to make one. I don't know if they ever got that hybrid.
Just thought I would let you know that Hybrids are rare, and that twenty hatches may not give you one. Hopefully you have better luck than that wizard from years ago.
Maybe if you can find a wizard with a pet egg who will hatch with you in the hatchery that would help, since there is always a chance to get the parent's appearance.
If your objective is to obtain a Pet Egg then you can raise your chances of success by hatching with a Pet Egg, giving you only 2 possible outcomes - your pet or the Pet Egg.
I should have said that in my first reply but I assumed your objective was creatig the hybrid from the 2 different parents...I thought I'd add the above in case I assumed wrong!
