Other than using the card crafting station or creating a treasure card while in a battle, is there a way to create treasure cards? Also, can more than one enchantment card be used on a card while making them into treasure cards, or can you only increase either the accuracy or power of a card while making it into a treasure card? I have asked this question to a few people and no one seems to know the answer to it.

Considering that those enchantments can only be used on a deck card, and that using a enchantment on a deck card immediately changes that card into a treasure card, then I would have to say "No, you cannot use multiple enchantments on a card."
And No again to your question on making a treasure card. You either craft one, or enchant one.
