I never got the quest that i need to get frost giant. My friend says i need to have all available ice spells learned and im pretty sure i do I have the shield from the faregrounds the spell that the witch gives in colossous and the sacrifice spell from marleybone. Help pls

You can find a list of all Ice spells up to level 97 at this link. Pay attention to the notes under each one since all are not given directly from Professor Greyrose. The actual quest you need to have for the spell is "Horn of Winter".
