how to get the second part of immortal games?

I finished mt olymus but cant get the second part. Isn't it supposed to be in three parts?

There are three parts of Aquila. Mount Olympus is 30+, Atlantea is 70+, and Tartarus is 90+, each quest will begin with Cyrus Drake "summoning" you to his office. Here's some more information on Aquila:

There are three parts, but you unlock those when you become a higher level.

You have to be level 70 to reach the next stage.

Yeah, you're going to need to wait a while to get to the next part of the immortal games.
Atlantea: 70+
Tartarus: 90+
