for which one. you have to be a certain lvl to go to each telegraph around the spiral. i"ll send you a link for the required lvls for each box:

Number one: Make sure you're a high enough level. I think it's ten for the Wizard City one, and you can check on the homepage.
Number two: When you do the first box, you have to talk to the Professor in the Commons first.
