I accidentally sold my Spiral Cup to the housing guys in WC is there any place i could find/buy a new one?

No.
The spiral cup is a one-time reward and is not for sale anywhere.

I don't believe so. I'm sorry that you accidentally sold it, but I'm pretty sure there is no way to re-obtain a Spiral Cup.

I know that if you contact the Wizard101 support, they can sometimes recover accidentaly deleted Wizards, im sure that this would be much easier to recover. As long as they can check and find proof of the completed quest im sure that they can get it back for you.
