If you go to old towne near the bazaar there will be three guards standing there. One of them will have the quest you need to enter the tower. I suggest you bring friends as this is NOT an easy tower to defeat! Good luck!

Your right. There has to be a quest. You go get it and call your level 50 friends. TRUST ME IT'S NOT EASY! I watched my dad do it on his character and there are TWO cheating bosses.
