Vault of Ice

Well I have a quest from Zan'ne. The title is Tome of the Fang. It says to go to the vault of ice to collect rubbings from the obelisk. But my problem is I Can't Get Into The Vault Of Ice!!!! Why is that

You got a side-quest ahead of your main-line quest to go in there. Just wait, you'll be able to go in at the correct time.
