Not sure but my guess is that robin43 is looking for KT clothing drops that have health, mana, and some other stat boosting associated with a card attached to the clothing-similar in principle to say Malistaire's Grandmaster robes of DS.

I think that any in palace of fire will give some after a number of defeats.
