When my ice wizard hit level 43 Merle Ambrose called me to his office saying that he needed to see me. (I have gone to him before when he called me and he would say, "Keep on searching,") but this time when I talked to him he said, "Young wizard come see me at once, I have have some news for you about Celestia" well I was in his office when he said that so how else am I going to speak to him? Is anyone else having this problem? What level do you have to be to to get to Celestia; that is probably why I can not get there.
You have to be level 48 and finished "The Final Countdown" quest to get to Celestia. I would urge you to go back and do side quests. At a minimum you need your level 48 spell.
