how do i defeat a street

Ican get to al three streets to get to Kroktopia but i dont know if i have to defeat a boss or something else. help

In order to get to Krok, you have to defeat Lord Nightshade in Triton Avenue. You will get this quest from Merle Ambrose. After you've completed that quest, you will go back to Ambrose and get the quest to go to Krok.
