I'm not balance or level 58 but the spell is called "Ra" A giant man with a bird head comes out and shoots like sun beams doing like 600 damage to every enemy

Ra is not just your every day giant man with a bird head, but the Egyption sun god. I believe he is also the king and ancestor of most gods. As for the Ra description, I think he does about 600-650 damage to all enemies.
