What level do you have to be to go to CL

I was wondering what level (maybe 48) do you have to be to go to Celestia

It's level 48 and you have to finish the quest "The Final Countdown" where you beat Malistaire.

well it depends when you finish ds after defeating malistaire
i finished it at lvl53 so depends how fast or low you are in the game not really what lvl you are

Incorrect.

You HAVE to be at least level 48 AND completed the Final Countdown quest.
