My mom and I are getting frustrated about getting crowns for my account . we can't get a email for the forgot parental password and we need a password to put in a email to get crowns for my account can anyone help PLEASE
I responded to the ticket you sent with the original question. In cases where you're not receiving the emails it could be one of 2 issues - either the email address is incorrect OR the email itself is getting filed as "spam/junk".
