The last months we have seen seasonal or holiday specific shopkeepers. For example, we have seen the Irish honored by bringing on Pat O'Gold for St. Patrick's day, and we honored another Saint on St. Valentine's day. The Christian holiday of Easter (unless you saw all the egg/bunny influence and thought Pagan Hoilday) was very visible.
Now comes a special holiday, both for historical and partying interests ... Cinco de Mayo. Is this less important than Valentine's day? Or other seasonal holidays?

it would be nice if this was done, but Cinco de Mayo, the fifth of May?, is not as wideley known as st pat or valintines day
