Cratfing Quest trouble

How do I continue the crafting quest chain if I can't get to the Oasis. Someone in game said I needed to have a full account to get there. I pay for account so figured that would give me full access to all areas.

You do have access to those areas, once you have unlocked them through the storyline.

Optionally you can teleport to a friend who is in that area.
