That would be the Waterworks lvl 60 gear.

You get it from the dungeon waterworks in Triton Avenue.

warning: i am a death wizard and i took me ALLOT of runs to get it. but trust me it is worth it,i am still using it and i am a level 95. i am not farming hades though because it has an upgraded version of waterworks

This is the Waterworks gear. You can get it in The Waterworks, which is a level 60 dungeon in Crab Alley.
