Am I stuck or am I missing something?

I am stuck on two side quests in Marleybone. The names of the quests are Stray Cat Strut and Weird Science. I can't seem to find a main quest to continue my questline. Am I overlooking a quest or accidently skipped a area? Thank you for reading.
