Fire Shield TC's. about 250-500 a pop, -85% fire damage. You'll need to count rounds to know what round he hits on. He uses 2,600 fire damage Meteor Strike ever third round. So every round correlating to the round before he uses it, you need to shield. This is one of the bosses I would honestly say it's better to go 2nd against.

or if you have a fire mastery amulet, make sure you go SECOND, then dispel him as he does it
