Once you turn level 60, I'm pretty sure Belladonna Crisp calls you to her office to Investigate in the Tower of the Helephant, which is an optional dungeon, which contains cheating bosses, and is a real challenge for all Legendary Wizards!
If you've completed Wysteria and reach level 60, you receive a notification from Belladonna Crisp, asking for help. She sends you to Elephant Tower, a long dungeon similar to Waterworks. If I recall, the bosses drops a good ring and athame. It goes well with the Waterworks hat/robe/boot set.
