Am I too low of a level to be in celestia?

I am level 55 and I'm almost done with celestia, am I too low of a level to be almost finished? If I am it might be because of this: I have not done that many side quests in the other worlds. I just started on the last part and I've gotten to the Senate part but idk if i might need to do EVERY other side quest in Celestia. So brings me back to my question: Am I too low of a level to be almost done with Celestia?

Go back and do side quests... you can't move on to Zafaria at that level. You have to be level 60 or above.

No. Level 60 is ZF not CL. Your the right level.

That's what I said... the OP cannot move on to Zafaria until level 60.
