I have been following the storyline quest, with my sons, and when I finished Internal Investigation, the next quest, Ring the Alarm, does not activate. We thought maybe I'd missed something in the previous quest, so we went back and went through the Internal Investigation again.. but still not activating the next one.
Sherlock Bones in Digmoore station still offers nothing....

It does seem like a glitch. Report it to support so they can investigate and move you along...
