I finished the quest but it wont let me back into the shire of the mind and my friend got in i teleported to her and it wouldn't accept the quest

Hello, have you made sure you talked to all the people around the area? Also, have you checked in with your teacher? If you try that and they don't say anything, then just wait for Greyrose. She knows everything!
