Recently i have been doing morganthe. Guess what i got 150% critical idk its like 800. and it still blocked.

You are comparing apples and oranges here.
Your critical rating only determines your chances of going critical and thus doubling your damage amount.
The Bosses critical block is the ability to block the critical component of your strike. If they have a 100% critical block you will never be able to hit them with a critical strike only the base damage.
