The boss battle for the quest "Skyfall" is against a Scorpion enemy named Hanzo Yelloweye. I believe this is an obvious reference to Hanzo Hasashi from the Mortal Kombat franchise. In the beginning dialogue he says "Get over here" which is Scorpion's catch phrase. His name Yelloweye also refers to Scorpions costume color I believe. The most obvious reference though I believe is the fact his minion is a Kombat Skorpion, clearly replacing the "C"'s with "K"'s. I love this Easter egg.
