Stuck on Vive La Penguinonia quest

I have gone through this dungeon twice now.
I get to the final battle, and all NPCs have green names, and will not engage for the final battle.
I have reset the dungeon twice, and still cannot complete it, as the NPCs refuse to engage in the final battle.

I tried submitting a support ticket, but the site says I have to email help@kingsisle.com instead of offering me the usual ticketing system I am familiar with (was it removed?)

I don't have access to my email right now as I am traveling for Thanksgiving.

Very disappointing, anyway to fix this?

Must be a glitch with doing the dungeon with players that have already done it.

I solo'd the dungeon (id much rather play with friends) and it let me finish it.

Hope KI fixes that!

Hmmm..... I did the Imperial Palace yesterday and there was no glitch.....
Maybe it only glitches for certain people.... I don't know

I was with Zeppers. Captain Winters would not appear for the final battle, so we reset the dungeon and changed realms (just to make sure it reset). Tried it again, and alas, still didn't work.

This should have been resolved in the Dec. 3 update, so please try again if you haven't.

After the update, we didn't have any more problems with it.
