You must first defeat the 3 other guardians of the Fang & then solve the riddles.

Open your map when you are in the vault and you will see where they are.

You have to defeat all 3 fangs and solve the puzzle to open the 3 locks. The quest helper arrow does not point to the right direction. I just ignore it till the 3rd fang is defeated.
