When hatching does anyone know how pet appearance is chosen? (not referring to hybrids) I've used the hatching kiosk a few times and I noticed that each time I've gotten my own pet in appearance. Is it possible to get the appearance of the other parent pet?
Yes except for a couple of promotional pets that only give the options of a hybrid or your own (Frankie Forearms gives a crabling; Danger hound and Polterpooch give the Ghost Hound...I think these are the only 3 but may be mistaken).
We can even get school only pets now even if our wizard can't equip them, so we can collect them all. If we want to train them we have to do it via grub guardian because you don't need to equip the pet to train it there.
