Ive been trying to hatch an avenging fossil for a death wizard with my frozen rain core. Ive hatched many times and i keep getting a frozen rain core? Am I doing something wrong? Please Help
If you are not using a death wizard, you will never get one. You cannot get an avenging fossil pet on an ice wizard, it is a school only, and you will never get a pet you can not equip.

I think they changed this when the kiosk came out so that pet collectors could get them all even if they don't have a wizard of that school. I'm unsure if this applies only to the kiosk though or if the sigils have changed to accommodate collecting pets as well.
