I am level 53 and I cannot get into Celestia. I'm even in Wintertusk! Help me, because I want to jump into Celestia.

You have to defeat Malistaire and then talk to the head teacher

To advance to Celestia you will need to have finished the dragonspyre main questline and talked to Merle Ambrose

You proceed to Celestia once defeating Malistaire in Dragonspyre. You will be assigned a quest from Cyrus Drake to go speak to Merle Ambrose. Once you do that, you unlock Celestia in the spiral door.

If you have completed Dragonspyre, you should talk to Ambrose to get your quest for Celestia :D
