hello nice to meet you ,yes he is a struggle i believe you have to hit him every single round ,and it help to use over time hit spells hope this helps if you team up im sure a few will help you out with this
What I did with belloq is get a heavy hitter to help you and fill your deck with all wand hits and one pip spells, hit him every round and wait for your heavy hitter to stock up -Austin Mistglade
